Free Consultation
If you are looking for a doula, I offer a free introductory consultation so that we can meet in person. We can get to know each other, ask each other a few questions, and see if I would be a good match for you as your doula.
My Birth Doula Service includes:
- Two in-person prenatal meetings (approximately 90 minutes each)
- Additional phone or email support as needed
- My presence at your birth from the time you ask me to join you in active labour until an hour or two after the birth
- A postpartum visit shortly after your birth to discuss your birth experience and provide basic breastfeeding and postpartum support
- Access to the books in my lending library
The cost for my birth doula service is $525. Depending on where the prenatal visits will take place, I may charge an additional fee for mileage to help cover my travel costs (mileage to the birth is included in the doula service fee). If cost is an issue for you, please contact me anyway, there are some options that we can discuss.
Birth Pool Keeping Service
If you are planning a water birth, at home or in hospital, you will need someone to take care of your birth pool, from set up to tear down and clean up. Consider hiring a dedicated pool keeper! Please contact me if you would like more information about my birth pool keeping service.
